How It Works

If you do not have any items to exchange, or your items haven't been chosen yet, then you may buy your way into the exchange process by paying for items.

Select the "Obtain Item" option when viewing the item you wish to obtain. Follow the prompts and make a payment of either $15, $25, $50 or $80 depending on the worth of your item. Postage is included in the price.

Once payment is made you can contact the person to obtain your chosen item. If you have any questions about the item then you may select the "Enquire about this item" prior to making a payment.

Please note that if the exchange does not take place because you changed your mind, you will not have your money refunded. You will however have the option to choose another item worth the same amount.

Also note that if somebody obtains your items by paying for them it is like store credit. You will not receive any money. There is no selling on Baby Exchange.
